Power Juice

Ingredients:
• 200ml of whole grape juice
• 1 tablespoon of green banana flour
• 2 Brazil nuts

Preparation method:
Place all ingredientes in a blender and blend as needed. Drink it cold.

Grape Jello/Gelatin

Ingredients:
• 500ml of whole grape juice
• 1 envolope (10g) of colorless and flavorless powder gelatin
Preparation method:
1 – Dissolve the flavorless jello, according to the instruction on the package
2 – Add the grape juice to the jello, stirring well
3 – Put the jello in the fridge, for at least 6 hours.
